How to retrieve items deleted from recycle bin?

When you completely delete a file in windows, either with shift+del or by emptying the recycle bin, the space on the hard disk is not physically changed to the point of no recovery yet. So, some low level hard drive reading programs can obtain fragments of or the whole files back.

The longer you wait, the bigger is the chance that new data(either system data or newly installed applications) will replace the physical position on the hard disk where your deleted files were located. In this case, low level recovery can only obtain some fragments which will result in corrupt files, or nothing at all...

The risk is greater if the deleted files were located on the same partition as the operating system that you're running.

To ensure full recovery, you have to start it as sooner as possible, and if you're not sure how to do this, do not activate any process or do anything on your PC until the data recovery expert comes, as any activity might trigger the system to overwrite the place on the hard disk that you're deleted files are still located on.
