Alien Swarm Freeware PC Game Review and Download
63Alien Swarm is a freeware 3D bird's-eye view shooter game for the personal computer created by Valve Corporation. It features both a single-player and a multiplayer mode.
Single-player Practice
You can choose to practice the game in single-player mode. You will control one class/character of your choice(officer, special weapons, medic, or tech) where each character has a different role and application. All other characters are controlled by the AI in this mode.
Online Play
You can host a game or join a game in the online cooperative mode. In this mode, up to 4 players can play, and each can play only one class(no two players can be of the same class).
Source Code
A developers source code is released with the game, enabling all users of steam to freely create full conversion mods which can be distributed to all for for free as well.

Memory: 2 GB DDR 3,
Graphics Card: Geforce 8000 series, equivalent, or better
Note: Both of these requirements are not official and are based on my experiences while testing the game.

So this game is completely free, the graphics are pretty sweet if so, and i will definately be looking into it, thanks!
